If you are reading this, you probably stumbled onto my site looking for a local postal code or trying to figure out how to generate a Privacy Policy for your own blog without paying a lawyer. Honestly, that is exactly how this whole project started for me.
A while back, I was setting up my own websites and dealing with the usual blogger headaches. I specifically remember spending way too much time trying to find the exact 6-digit postal code for a delivery here in Cambodia. I was digging through massive, confusing PDF files from government websites just to find one simple number. It was incredibly frustrating.
The exact same thing happened when I needed a basic Terms of Service page. Every generator tool I found online was either broken, stuffed with annoying popup ads, or suddenly asked for a credit card at the very last step.
So, I decided to just fix my own problem.
I started coding simple, clean tools just for my own daily use. I built a postal code locator so I wouldn't have to look at another PDF. I coded a few legal page generators that actually output clean HTML. After using them for a while, I realized something pretty obvious: if I was struggling with this stuff, other people probably were too.
That is what HounPanha.net is all about today. It’s not some big corporate tech website. It is just a personal project built by one guy trying to make the internet a little less annoying for everyone else.
Everything you find here—from the Asian Postal Code directories to the HTML page generators and smart calculators—is designed to be fast, free, and actually useful. I hate cluttered websites, so I made sure everything here is straight to the point. No fluff, no hidden paywalls.
